Loop Pump
The Loop pump is a positive displacement pump. This pump is specially designed for pumping materials with high viscosity and has greater resistance and longer lifespan compared to other pumps. These pumps are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, petrochemicals, oil, paper pulp, and beverage industries. Due to the absence of contact between gears in these pumps, the lifespan of the impellers is greatly increased. The loop pump can pump solids present in the solution (such as cherries, olives, etc) without damaging the pumped materials. These types of pumps have good performance with smooth pumping without changing pressure and product state, thus they have relatively constant and continuous output. All components involved in these types of pumps are made of stainless steel, and the gearbox part is made of aluminum alloy with steel gears and shafts. These pumps are produced in sizes ranging from 2 to 5 inches.
