Cake Batter Storage Tank
These types of tanks are used in the food industry on production lines for various layered cakes, breakfast cakes, and other dough-based items to store the produced dough in mixer machines. After being produced in mixers, the dough is transferred to these tanks for cooling during hot seasons and for keeping warm during cold seasons. Due to their double-walled system, these tanks can maintain a consistent dough temperature throughout different seasons of the year. They are equipped with a paddle mixing system to uniformly maintain the temperature of the dough inside and outside. The device includes an electrical panel system and is entirely made of stainless steel grade 304.
